Exhibitor Levels
Diamond $80,000 USD
- You’ll be provided with a 36m2 (6m x 6m) island exhibit space with aisles on four sides and a 5m height limit for rigged (a.k.a. hanging) signs and graphics
- You’ll have access to the ICLR 2024 opt-in database of conference registrants who are interested in being recruited, and their CVs if available
- Use of lead scanning app
- You’ll have the opportunity to apply to present EXPO talks or demonstrations
- You’ll receive up to twelve (12) complimentary full-access registrations for all official conference activities and up to fifteen (15) exhibitor badges
- Prominent signage at conference venue
- Your company name and logo will be displayed on the ICLR 2024 virtual conference website, before keynote talks, and between streamed oral and spotlight talks
- Your company name and logo will be displayed on the ICLR 2024 Sponsor Board at the conference and on the virtual conference website with a link to your Company’s website
Platinum $40,000 USD
- You’ll be provided with a 18m2 (6m x 3m) split island or end-cap exhibit space with aisles on three sides, which shares a common back wall with another split island exhibitor or two side-by-side corner or back-to-back linear booth exhibitors; no rigged signs or decorations allowed; 2.5m structure height limit
- You’ll have access to the ICLR 2024 opt-in database of conference registrants who are interested in being recruited, and their CVs if available
- Use of lead scanning app
- You’ll have the opportunity to apply to present EXPO talks or demonstrations
- You’ll receive up to eight (8) complimentary full-access registrations for all official conference activities and up to ten (10) exhibitor badges
- Prominent signage at conference venue
- Your company name and logo will be displayed on the ICLR 2024 virtual conference website, before keynote talks, and between streamed oral and spotlight talks

To start the application, it's helpful to gather some information up front. When you are ready, please Enter the Sponsor Portal » button to begin.
- Company PO number. If you need that invoice to have a PO number from your company on it, then you will need to add that PO number in section 3 of the application.
- Will you host an event? If you intend to host an event during the conference, you will be asked about the type of event you will host, your target audience, and how will attend. We collect this information so we can align our goals with yours.
- Branding. Our sponsor page highlights your company logo, provides a link to your website, and displays a paragraph about your company. You will be asked for each of these in various steps.
- Vector logo. We need a high-quality vector version of your logo in .pdf, .ai, or .svg format. This logo may be enlarged for a sponsor poster, so it is important that it be a high-quality image in vector format.
- Payment. Sponsorship and exhibitor payment is due by April 27, 2024, 4:59 a.m..
